How do we commit our work to the Lord?

- Purposely lean on God for all that we do
- Secure a strong personal relationship with the Lord
- Conduct your affairs at work that honours God, dun compromise on standards, dun commit crime.

- God has purposed you. Lean on Me, trust in Me

Words of Righteousness

- I AM THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS

- juz keep receiving the Word and keep soaking

- its the Peace of God

- keep praying in tongues

- Assured by God ~ that I will be taken care of

- He will never leave me or forsake me

Identity!! It's found in Christ

- Choose a role that is relevant

- Best title is Beloved

- One drop of God's favour is better than oceans of blessings from Man (God's goodness has no expiration date)

- Leaning onto the Lord

Sea of Galilee vs the Dead Sea

- Nothing can survive in the Dead Sea. SofG is rich and full of minerals.

El Shaddai - God Almighty (Genesis 37:50 - story of Joseph)

- Joseph at 30 become the overseer of Potifar house, but he was wrongly thrown into the dungeon and prison after Potifar's wife failed to seduce him. 

- However God never forsake him, God is with him all the while.

Joseph interpreted Pharoah's dreams and became the 2nd most powerful man in Egypt. 

Prayerfully seek the Lord when you make a decision. 

- Why do you want to change?

- What / who is your focus?

Career progression doesn't matter what skill you have, God has already given you the gift of righteousness. 

Learn new things and grow.

Extend your tents!

God will multiply your hands!

In this waiting period, keep yourself relevant, look out for the opportunity to meet people.

See a temp job / contract job, take it first

It's not the job or the role. It's what you are going to do with it. Continue to tithe and sow.

Be encouraged to take more things. God will put His favour on you. 

Workplace / Job Challenges

- If you complain you remain. If you praise, you will raise. 

- Do not gossip (check out Moab in bible)

- Trust God and ask him for wisdom that He won't reproach.

* Humble yourself and God will reward you in due time. Meekness - rely on God and He will reward you in due time. *

- Trust God for favour, communicate with respect, ask God to show more of yourself. Manage your own emotions. 

- No weapons formed against you shall prosper 

- Servant leadership to serve at your workplace. Trust God for favour before addressing your issue. 

- Provision is from the Lord, not your earthly bosses. 

Avoiding burnout at workplaces :

- When anxiety hits and unable to sleep, pray in tongues.

- Have a healthy sense of self care

- Thru God's wisdom also learn to say NO. Counter inituitive. 

- Continue to serve, stay in the house, stay in the sheepfold.

Retirement or... Re-firement

Retirement

Proverbs 4:18

- Keep growing in the new season

- Grow in strength to strength, glory to glory

- Instead of retire, re-purpose your life

- FISH instead of FIRE

Re-firement

- Be relevant, whatever age, continue learning and keep the habits going

- Purpose of life~ what is my purpose everyday

- Income is available

- Who are you connecting with everyday

- Esteem

if you feel you have made a mistake and you are not in a place that you should be, DO NOT FEAR. God is with you, God will flourish you.

Extend the borders of your tents, you ain't see nothing yet. 

Lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. 

Don't be discouraged or drift away. DRIVE.

Continue to grow, build that gift and be ambitious. Our potential in God is to be seen. Be diligent, work up, show up. 

In all things, give thanks! Sow and tithe. There's always income, just whether we look at it as a tithe. Psalms 23:6
